PreviaWorks(이하 “운영자”)는 실시간암산왕(MathCombo, 이하 “앱”)을 운영하며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱에서 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하는지 설명합니다.

2. 처리 방법과 법적 근거
정보는 앱 이용 과정에서 자동으로 생성·전송됩니다. 운영자는 계약의 이행(게임 기능 제공), 정당한 이익(보안·품질 개선), 법적 의무 준수 및 필요한 경우 사용자의 동의를 근거로 정보를 처리합니다. 맞춤형 광고 동의가 요구되는 지역에서는 Google의 동의 관리 기능이 표시될 수 있으며, 사용자는 동의 여부를 선택하거나 기기 설정에서 광고 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다.
3. 보유 및 파기
- 익명 계정 및 게임 기록: 서비스 제공과 순위·통계 운영에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하고, 목적 달성 또는 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우에는 해당 기간까지 보관합니다.
- 분석 및 광고 정보: Google의 설정과 개인정보처리방침에 따른 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
- 기기 내 익명 로그인 정보: 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 시 기기에서 삭제될 수 있습니다.
전자적 파일은 복구하기 어려운 방법으로 삭제합니다. 통계 목적의 익명·집계 정보는 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 보관될 수 있습니다.

앱 운영을 위해 아래 사업자가 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 정보는 암호화된 통신(HTTPS)을 통해 전송되며 각 사업자의 서버 소재 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

5. 사용자의 권리와 행사 방법

요청은 본인 또는 적법한 대리인이 할 수 있으며, 운영자는 본인 확인 후 법령이 정한 기간 안에 처리합니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자의 개인정보가 법정대리인 동의 없이 처리되었다고 판단되는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 확인 후 필요한 조치를 하겠습니다.
7. 기기 권한 및 보안
앱은 인터넷 연결과 진동 기능을 사용합니다. 카메라, 마이크, 연락처 또는 정확한 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 운영자는 접근 통제, 암호화 통신 등 합리적인 보호 조치를 적용하지만 어떠한 전송·저장 방식도 절대적인 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
8. 방침의 변경
서비스 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알리고, 상단의 시행일을 갱신합니다.

PreviaWorks (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”) operates MathCombo (the “App”). This policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and why.
1. Information We Process and Why
- Game service: a randomly generated anonymous user ID, scores, streaks, game-end reason, play duration, online status, and record timestamps. We use these to provide live player counts, save scores, calculate daily rankings and statistics, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.
- Analytics: app and gameplay events, answer results, response times, scores, app/device information, approximate region, and diagnostics. We use these to understand usage, troubleshoot errors, and improve the App.
- Advertising: advertising identifiers, IP address, device/app information, ad views and interactions, and approximate region. These may be used to serve ads, limit frequency, measure performance, and prevent fraud.
We do not directly collect your name, phone number, email address, postal address, contacts, photos, or precise location. Network and service providers may automatically process IP addresses and technical data when delivering their services.
2. How and Why We Process Information
Information is generated and transmitted automatically when you use the App. Depending on applicable law, processing is based on providing the requested game service, our legitimate interests in security and product improvement, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent. Where required, Google's consent tools may let you choose personalized or non-personalized advertising, and you can also manage advertising choices in your device settings.
3. Retention and Deletion
- Anonymous accounts and game records: retained as needed to provide the service, rankings, and statistics, then deleted when no longer needed or following a valid deletion request, unless the law requires longer retention.
- Analytics and advertising data: retained according to Google's settings and policies.
- Anonymous sign-in data on your device: may be removed when you clear App data or uninstall the App.
We delete electronic records using methods designed to prevent recovery. Anonymous or aggregated statistics that no longer identify a person may be retained.
4. Service Providers and International Processing
- Supabase, Inc.: anonymous authentication, database, and real-time presence; may process anonymous IDs, game records, online status, IP addresses, and technical information.
- Google LLC — Firebase Analytics: analytics and diagnostics; may process usage events, app/device information, approximate region, and diagnostic data.
- Google LLC — AdMob: advertising and measurement; may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device/app information, ad interactions, and approximate region.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to service providers as needed to operate the App, with your consent, or when legally required.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Because the App uses anonymous accounts, we may need additional App-specific information to locate the relevant record.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID and change ad-personalization choices in device settings.
- You can clear locally stored information by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.
- You may contact us below to request deletion of server records or exercise other privacy rights.
6. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly ask children under 14 to provide personal information directly. If you believe information from a child under 14 has been processed without appropriate parental consent, contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
7. Permissions and Security
The App uses internet access and vibration. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or precise-location permission. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transmission, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App or applicable law changes. We will post the revised policy here, provide any notice required by law, and update the effective date above.
